By accessing and using Linguis'teach, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

Linguis'teach is a language learning platform available in 42 languages that uses music, AI conversations, and real-life situations to help users learn languages. The service includes:
• Access to 300+ song lyrics and translations across 42 languages
• Linguis'tips: expressions, daily life and professional situations, alphabet learning
• Lingui'speech: AI-powered conversations with real-time correction
• Assessment: listening, reading, writing, speaking tests with certification
• Interpret'Area: interpretation training exercises
• Employ'Hire: interactive intercultural mobility guide
• Lingui'switch: language exchange partner matching
• AI-powered exercises, vocabulary flashcards and comprehension quizzes

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. Subscription, Payments and Cancellation

### 4.1 Subscription Plans
• Free users have access to "Launch": a limited preview of content in each language (1 beginner song, 10 essential words, 10 useful phrases, 1 mini-dialogue per theme, 1 guided AI conversation)
• Premium subscriptions are available in two tiers with monthly or annual billing. Prices are adapted to your country and displayed at the time of purchase on the Pricing page.
- Boost: full access to all languages, unlimited AI, dialogues, smart corrections, cultural playlists, progress stats, accent mode
- Plus: all Boost features plus business modules, international mobility (Employ'Hire), interpretation training (Interpret'Area), native-level corrections, exclusive content, early access, and Plus badge

### 4.2 Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on the pricing page
• Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan

### 4.3 Refund Policy
• **No refunds are provided** for subscription payments once the payment has been processed
• If you experience persistent bugs or major issues preventing normal use of the service, please contact our support team at contact.linguisteach@gmail.com
• By subscribing, you acknowledge these terms

### 4.4 Subscription Duration and Renewal
• Monthly subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Annual subscriptions are valid for 365 days.
• Subscriptions **do not renew automatically**. At the end of your subscription period, your access will revert to the free plan.
• A reminder email will be sent approximately one week before the end of your subscription to ask whether you wish to renew.
• To continue your subscription, you will need to subscribe again from the Pricing page.

5. Content Usage

• All content is for personal, non-commercial use only
• Song lyrics and translations are provided for educational purposes
• You may not redistribute or sell any content from this platform

6. Intellectual Property

• Linguis'teach and its original content are protected by copyright
• Song lyrics remain the property of their respective rights holders
• Our AI-generated content is for educational use only

7. Limitation of Liability

Linguis'teach is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
