Linguis'teach is a language learning platform that uses music and songs to help users learn languages. The service includes:
• Access to song lyrics and translations
• AI-powered language exercises
• Vocabulary flashcards
• Comprehension quizzes

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. Subscription, Payments and Cancellation

### 4.1 Subscription Plans
• Free users have limited access to features
• Premium subscriptions are available in three tiers:
- Starter: 14.90 EUR/month or 149 EUR/year
- Standard: 24.90 EUR/month or 249 EUR/year
- Premium Plus: 34.90 EUR/month or 349 EUR/year
• A 7-day free trial is available for the Standard Annual plan

### 4.2 Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on the pricing page
• Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan
• Cancellation does not result in a prorated refund
• There is no commitment: you are free to cancel at any time

### 4.3 Refund Policy
• **No refunds are provided** for any subscription payments, partial or full
• By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refund
• If you experience technical issues preventing access to the service, please contact our support team

### 4.4 Auto-Renewal
• Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. Each subscription is a one-time payment for the selected period.
• You will need to manually renew your subscription when it expires.

5. Content Usage

• All content is for personal, non-commercial use only
• Song lyrics and translations are provided for educational purposes
• You may not redistribute or sell any content from this platform

6. Intellectual Property

• Linguis'teach and its original content are protected by copyright
• Song lyrics remain the property of their respective rights holders
• Our AI-generated content is for educational use only

7. Limitation of Liability

Linguis'teach is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
